There's nothing wrong with the intonation. It's just that at least half of the orchestra is playing under the wrong the key signature.

I enjoyed the oboe... but I have to agree with jdmxer. The tuning is very poor. But I don't think we can expect much from Intermediate. Unless they're show-ups, like Pearl Highlands. D<
