Good job MOT, yoga will let your mind open up, and maybe now you will find the real truth. People say it is demonic practice, because it allows to to think on your own.

The main idea is to think for oneself. Whether you are in a forest, the great salt lake, doing yoga, or driving and listening to music. Man is the highest form of life. Independent thought will be crucial to survival in the upcoming months and years.

Yoga is a way to meditate and to get body and mind on "the same frequenzy". Its also good to improve your fitness.

Comeon ur telling that practicing yoga is worship of the devil?

If im conected with christ and i use the clear thoughts from the yoga to praise God and his Son there no prob.

I have to agree with Cicero. Be careful, that yoga doesn't lead you to into eastern mysticism. That's a dangerous path for a Christian.
