Toturial #1 - Change the Folder Icon

hello there, this is a toturial how
to change your Boring old file
icon to cool one like these.
(you can also trick people you'll
see in a sec...)

first make a folder. I'll call mine
"test folder" for this Tutorial

Then right click on the folder.
at the very bottom of the
menu you will see a tab called
"properties" and click on it.

when the menu pops up, on the
top of the menu you'll see
some tabs. click on the custimize
tab

at the bottom of the tab
"customize", you'll see a group
called "folder icon" in that
group you'll see a button that
says "change icon" click on it.

a list will pop up and you can
click on any one you want.
(i'll use the cell for now, also
this is were you can trick
people.) : )

once you pick an icon, click on
"apply" one the bottom of the
window. then click ok.

now you are done and you have
cool folder icons like me! LOL
(this also means that you can
prank people.) : )

another even easier way is to use "folderchanger". It only requires a mouse drag to change the icon. I find it very convenient to use. Google search "folderchanger" to find it.

sorry you can.... well i don't know how, just regular folders. But i think you can't.
