@pepper123... I was there too...We left halfway through "Train kept a rollin"... Aerosmith sounded like shit. Van Halen was fucking amazing...they owned LA....do you remember the big battle on the field right before Aerosmith? The crowd was split in half....one side would rush the other throwing shit..then the other side would counter.....hilarious

actually the black dog riff is the work john paul jones. page played off the melody jones came up with. at least that's something i read

eddie's great w/ riffs but Jimmy page is the king of riff creators, he has some of the most classics my fav being Blackdog.. Doa i s great as well
