@samyewell No you're right it is, it's just that breakdown is my favorite part of the song because of the heavy guitar and his voice is a lot rougher. In the acoustic it seems like he's going for a more mellow sound, which by no means sounds bad, I just prefer the album version...both are great though.

@CelticsYouthMovement I don't understand what you're trying to say.. The breakdown you're talking about is at 1:30. This acoustic version is structurally the same as the recorded version from what I can tell.
