★I think what impressed me the most about this one has to be around 1:23 to 1:30
Just that tiny interval was really affective. Also the way she sings the first chorus was beautiful, despite being ever so slightly out of time, especially the "Good ni-ight" at 1:59 wow !
She pretty much got the chorus perfect, she sounded good and she hit the notes! The harmonies also compliment the song nicely! They're are never out of tune.
Though her melody does differ from the original at some points like at 2:32 instead of going with the lower melody Miku sings, she uses a new one. She does do it well, but I would still remain with the original melody myself to help ease the dramatic chorus back into a calm tune that compliments the verses.
But even so, it is still very well sung!
One thing about this song that does hinder it me is the timing. Some parts are seriously out of time. Like for example on the first chorus she is a little behind the music, and her harmonies although well tuned are out of sync with the lead on several occasions, The biggest in my opinion being at 4:09, it really killed the mood for me; after the build up to it. But I think with a little work this could be one of the most prevalently watched covers out there.
She has potential; keep on singing you are very good at it !
I'm sorry I didn't look properly at who wrote the lyrics but whoever they are well done they are also very moving!
Ah! :) A friend showed me this. I'm very glad you enjoyed it.
It's been a year since I've made this (I was thirteen and still /very/ new during that time) and I do believe I've improved all with vocals, lyrics and mixing. Thank you for reviewing!
