  • give me a list of all of the pills and powder you suppliment with, its all i need help with.

    so far i take greens+(3 tspoon a day) mega man multi vit(2 a day) vit c 2 a day, vit b50 complex (twice a day), omega 369 3 pills a day (200 mg ea.) wheat grass 1 tspoon/day, apple cidar vinegar, glutamine 5 grams a day, im currently eating as healthy as i can 7 meals a day (hard gainer) 5% body fat , 17 inch arm, all natural no prohormone no creatine(my bro had huge side effects from creatine-dehydrati)

  • In your older videos you are outstanding, but you are really big and ripped now. The front lat spread is huge, and your biceps have a nice high peak. I hope you can do another video soon with brighter lighting as we are missing a lot in this one. Great work, man.
