@Lolismad I practiced judo for 8 years and now I'm practicing Kendo for about half a year and I can tell you Judo is so much easier than Kendo :)

on the second day after first training every muscle on arms and legs hurted :D recently we went to another city to other kendo club there i tried on armor :D on me and my friend (she's girl too) it was like big-to big cos' in that kendo club they got only big armors ( well of course thay have, they all are guys XD ) And in that Man I couldn't hear anything unless the speaker was in 2m radius XD But aside discomfort Kendo is very cool and fun... Sorry for my bad english :)

Kendo rock's :D Well I started kendo 2 month's ago cos' I just love japanese thinking and phylosophy ))) Ofcourse it dosen't look as hard as it sound's but it is and like hell XD Maybe it looks to me cos' 1. I'm a girl (but I don't think it's the main reson) 2. I haven't trained any martial art's ever before 3. I have bad physical training XD Well I got blister on the left hand and foot XD

@Beckettlol ye, too bad the nearest kendo club is over 2-3 hours by train....
erhm it's not meant to look "cool"
its a way to disiplin your body by practicing hard and with an empty mind to surpass the grief of fighting itself!
maybe too philosophical... but this is what it is!

sure its difficult :) ive trained judo wich i first though looked pretty easy but it ended pretty quick, but it was fun.
I just wish i could start training kendo :I but there's no club around where i live
