Grand Theft Auto IV - Hava HD Platinum quality test

This is an entire clip, uncut, but I just wanted to see if I could get my render settings right for YouTube's HQ Widescreen.
This is the game played and recorded in 1080i.

Project:
- default DV Widescreen NTSC template

Render settings:
- Format: MPEG-2 (the Hava originally encoded it in that format)
- 720x480, frame rate 29,970, image set at 16:9.
- Changed bitrate from the crap VBR (it was auto selected for me) to constant bitrate (set at 6 000 000 ot if you prefer 6 M )

It looks fairly, good, but I wanna bring the quality one rate-factor down and up the bitrate to 7M :)
