Testa Corp Dismantling and Site Developers of Wakefield, MA are lead contractors in the demolition of Philadelphia's Amtrak Penn Station Steam Plant. Controlled Demolition, Inc. of Phoenix, Maryland executed the explosive detonation of the 425 foot smokestack at 7:47 AM on November 15th, 2009.

  • I can't help but feel a sense of elation. As in "Progress". Out with the old and in with the new. A sign of the old brick and mortar age surrounded by the age of steel concrete and glass.

  • Clean up was accomplished on Sunday and nowTesta Corp. is into the demo of the main building which should take a few weeks.
