  • do you have to boile it is like 15 degrees here in pittsburgh would it help if the water was cold first

  • @benr9877 The trick is for the temperature outside to be very very cold (20F is the warmest I've seen it work) and the water to be boiling. If the water is cold, it won't work.

  • Thought I would add that the festival around the Fort Kent biathlon event begins on February 9, but the actual World Cup Biathlon competition in Fort Kent begins on February 10.
