主料:鸡腿肉辅料:腰果、百合、马蹄、芦笋、葱、姜、蒜调料:盐、味精、料酒、蚝油、胡椒粉、香油烹制方法: 1、将鸡腿肉打花刀后切丁,加盐、胡椒粉、料酒、蛋清、水淀粉、食用油腌制备用; 2、将马蹄块、芦笋、百合分别过水焯烫捞出备用; 3、坐锅点火倒油,下入鸡丁滑炒变色捞出,锅中留底油,下葱姜蒜爆香,放入焯好的蔬菜,调入料酒、蚝油、盐、胡椒粉,水淀粉勾芡后加鸡丁翻炒均匀,放入炸好的腰果,淋香油­出锅即可。特点:口感滑爽,脆嫩鲜咸。
