Skyrim: how to increase heavy armor, blocking, and restoration to lvl100

Sorry for the bad quality i dont have my hdpvr with me at the moment. I recorded this on my cell phone lol
*Note* its better to have your difficulty set to novice as he hardly takes any power off you... I have my game on master with a 463 armor rating and he still almost kills me with one hit. On novice he barely moves my health.

This is a glitch i just found messing with a giant at "Stone hill Bluff" i used the unrelenting force shout after blocking and pushing him into the corner you see. then once i used the shout he got stuck and couldnt get out.

*Note* its best if you have the Daedric Armor on

i also applied restoration to my right trigger, and daedric shield in my left.

i started to let him hit me so i could increase my heavy armor then once my health got low i used my restoration... just keep repeating the process. then when your magica gets low just simply back up and wait for it to restore or block untill it restores... and thats it...

once you get higher in the levels it takes a little bit longer to rank but i think a giant is the best way to do this as there hits are massivly stong.
