It's totally true!
I know it's one of those stories you here about that always happens to someone else!
I never went a year without thinking of her!
My proposal to her is on YouTube under "Mel and Esther".
I proposed in the same place that I had asked her to be my girlfriend way back in 1984.
The music is by the band "The Scene Asthetic" that started their band in that house and I met them when I asked their permission to use their yard!

I'd probably have to say this is the most moving song ever written about an end of a relationship...divorce, death, breakup. ELO sings this beautifully and the video that accompanies it is excellent. I'm not a sentimental person but this song has always tugged at my heart.

Great great song!!!..though I'm a bit lost..which is this movie? I don't think it's Xanadu as it's quite old now...
