@waterandgolddust - Because I have two glorious nurse puppets - one white, one black - and since we already used one of them earlier in the video, we thought we'd use the other one at the end. So, she actually just turns into a nurse puppet (who happens to be black). There's no hidden meaning in the black. The funny is in the puppet.
