Jesse gets a demonstration on how an assassin can be created through hypnosis, has a bizarre confrontation with a U.S. Army general who invented the psychic super soldier. And ultimately comes face-to-face with a man who claims powers from an implanted chip make him one of those men.

I have hypnotized my friends, and one friend I hypnotized became incredibly resistant to any command.
