Ying Yuen's Sex and Sensuality II

I wanted to define on my own terms as a Chinese what Sex and Sensuality is for women in my age group; i.e., over 40, married with children, have a respectable husband and a happy marriage. Does being sexy and sensual toward ourselves means being disrespectful to our children and our marriage. Are we doing it for us or for the idea of seduction? I like to clear that up.

Sex without emotion is like a ballgame without an opponent. Proving to the peers or to anybody is one thing but discovering ones pleasure and desire no matter how old you are is really a different thing. Its an inner satisfaction only you can feel.

While the societal consensus is that women are most attractive between the ages of 17 and 30, women, in my opinion, don't develop the sensual awareness needed to be truly "sexy" until about age 35.  My wife is now 55 and she is the most sexually attractive person in the world to me. Keep up the good work!!! You are gorgeous!!!

@MrAmidave Not to diss yo wife but what you deem as "societal consensus" is actually science. Sex insofar as it is for procreation necessarily requires that both parties are sexually fertile; for women this is the time between completion of puberty to menopause. Since the age of menopause varies quite widely, I wouldn't assume anything of your wife but do know that apart from our biological imperative, social (and emotional) conditioning may also allow us to view someone as "truly sexy".
