@brooksdanielgary you have to read the issue. it's a very high tech suit the "lights" are not even the same color as it is on the comic. It is explained in the comic the green helps the black cat to see the suit using the goggles. It also allows peter to keep track of his hands and feet.

Waaaiiittt. Why would a STEALTH suit have LIGHTS???? That's a fail.

i like the idea of him being invisible and essentially, inaudible too. Definitely going to come in handy. I hate that it bears an unfortunate resemblence to the suits from Tron, which released in theaters just two days after #650. Apparently this "timing" has pushed my local comic shop's owner to skip over this issue.

I agree though, since Slott took over, Spidey has definitely become one of my "must haves" on my weekly trips to the shop. Hope he sticks around for a while.
