americans are insecure they are scared to lose anything. they say lets chill but dont do it, just to fill their schedual up once they find something better they do it. if nothing comes up guess whos gonna call you. i was born and raised in the usa all my life. thats what i do.

lol. As an American I can say some of these quirks bug me too. Especially the "let's hang out sometime."
I don't ever say that unless I mean it.

I can't tell you how many times I've said to my American friends, "Hey, let's hang out sometime". Then I don't contact them for days or more. LOL. It was interesting the presenter noticed that. It's not something I would hear from an American.
