  • I met these guys in the mid 70's when`Touch Too Much' was released. A friend of my folks Henry had a flat next to theirs. They were realy cool as I was about 14 and just learning guitar. They definitely deserved more credit, a great song and I never realised they did original of ` I Love Rock And Roll'.

  • @steve613able Henry lived next to the Arrows singer Alan Merrill in London's Notting Hill Gate.

  • @KeithTheKing Thats incredible you remember that, he was a real character. It sounds like you knew them, so what ever happened to The Arrows?

  • @steve613able The Arrows broke up in 1977. Drummer Paul Varley sadly passed away in the summer of 2008. Jake Hooker is an entrepreneur of all sorts, and hasn't played music professionally since the Arrows. Singer Alan Merrill's career is an open book on a Google search, he's still performing and recording with great frequency. Late joiner Arrows guitarist Terry Taylor is now musical director with Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings.

  • 3 people have had a touch too much of the Arrows. :-(

  • @fatpizzaman Their wives? LOL

  • Fantastic 70s song.

  • @ryujiuragami Cool!!!!

  • @KeithTheKing , Thank you. He was a good singer in Japanese pop scene in late 1970's if I remember correctly. Have a nice day! Ryuji Uragami from Tokyo

  • Alan used to perform in Japanese pop scene and I remember him very well.

I found this song very attractive when I was a junior high school student.

    Have a nice day,

    Ryuji from Tokyo
