great job! I've wondered for years who took the theme from whom but i could never find out on the internet. it's even in the same key, isn't it? too much coincidence for my taste. also, both tracks came out at about the same time, 1981ish. no accusations of stealing on either part. maybe falco and rick pulled a joke on all of us. they were both super freaks, after all :)

Great mashup.
I'm writing to clear up you how it was produced.
The Super Freak and Der Kommissar are two different ways.
That's why this video is called "Rick James Vs. Falco - Der Superfreak Kommissar".
Super Freak way:
1. Rick James (USA) and A.Miller orginally writen song in 1981
2. MC Hammer created a cover called "U Cant touch this" in 1990
3. Beatfreakz created remix called like orginal song - Super Freak.

Der Kommissar way:
1. Falco (German) written song in 1981
2. After The Fire (English) created english translation and covered "der Kommissar"
3. Laura Branigan (English) changed lyrics and recorded her own version.

@Naborguy1 the video was my idea, Matt Pop just did the mashup. After the Fire is in there because I didn't have enough good footage from the other two vids and they also did a version of Der Kommisaar
