Here's what you missed

First and second activations: you should have activated in the BO chord before the triple chords rather than the YB right before those chords. that's -200 in each one...totaling to -400

760,990 + 400 = 761,390...and I think the middle activation (which you also did differently) might have added more points if you activated a couple of notes later

solo/post solo activations were fine, but anyways, nice, you beat my score (but I think I got a reverse tick squeeze =D
