@diegotutiven - 8 hours refers to 8 hours sleep per night.
For muscle recovery you're right - when you've trained a particular muscle group - don't train same muscle group for 48 - 72 hours. Let it recover first.
You can work out 5 days a week, but do something like:
monday - chest/shoulders/triceps
tuesday - legs/core
wednesday - cardio
thursday - back/biceps/shoulders
friday - cardio
saturday - cardio/core
Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions.

@diegotutiven Thank you very much, this is very helpful. 1 more think, I dont wanna lose weight only weight 165lb but I heard cardio help all your body muscle to grow faster, Is that tru ? or not ?

@diegotutiven - Cardio is mainly for your heart and lungs.
Cardio has some muscle growth benefit, as it stimulates the muscles being used, and boosts the growth of new blood capilliaries which enable more nutrients to reach the muscle fibres. But cardio on its own won't make your muscles much bigger.
For significant muscle growth, you have to lift weights, using progressive overload.

when i plateau just as an example i got stuck at 365 pounds on the flat bench recently tried for almost a month couldnt get even past it even by just a pound. so i took a full week off from the gym (upper body only) and just did my leg workouts. then boom right through the plateau by 5 pounds. sometimes you get stuck because your over doing it a bit.

Good comment - you've got to let the muscles recover. Also make sure you're not doing the same exercise too much. So instead of always doing flat bench press do incline dumbbell press at different angles too. This also helps prevent injury.
