Wanna know what the funny thing is? They actually tried to bribe me to stay by reducing the cost of Xbox Live by $10.00... Nice try, Microsoft.

I'm only stopping Xbox Live because I don't really play online much and I'm not interested in what they have to offer... I may come back, but probably not this year.

I absolutely HATE going through the phone to cancel, because there's always someone on the other side who DOESN'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!! Their customer assistance is just awful.

HOW TO TURN OFF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL:
1.) Go to Xbox.com
2.) Sign in with your GamerTag
3.) Under My Xbox, go to Accounts
4.) Click Upgrade/Manage Account
5.) Click the link next to automatic renewal.

If you can't access it, then Microsoft's trying out different ways to rip you off.
