  • @bbsl1967 I'm sorry but damaging the persons vehicle might spark a reaction you will not like. Case in point - Brazil incident.

I'm not well educated on CM's but, what it appears to be so far is a bunch of cyclists gathered together, riding around very slowly, blocking up traffic, and pissing off drivers. Is that the jist of things or am I mistaken?

  • Whole lotta hipsters in that crowd.

  • This is the kind of things that happen when you want to be your kids friend more than a parent.

  • Yeah thats the gist of things, one spat at me. I got out of the car and chased him. Just as he looked around to see me catching him up, A police officer rugby tackled him down to the ground with a split. Started crying like a little girl when he realised spitting was classed as an assault, and i had a witness back me up. Pathetic low life cyclists. Why don't you go to Iraq or Afghanistan and slow cycle ahead of soldiers, act as IED detectors. lol

  • What is going on?? Just a bunch of Lance Armstrong wannabes hanging out in the street waiting for somebody to use them as bowling pins??

  • I carry liquid soap in my car, I could scare these people off.

  • I saw these same critical mass idiots at the occupy movement...... go figure...

  • This SF biker won't be caught anywhere near that pack of critical douche bags.

  • CM makes me want to intimidate every cyclist I see on the road,

  • @SlimReaksHavok I'm a cyclist and your observation is correct. A CM is basicly a statement -to show drivers how cyclists feel on a daily basis. A moment when bikes not cars run the streets. Do I think it is effective way to raise the rights of cyclists? No, not really. But to be honest it is fun to feel like we own the streets if only for an hour. Thats kinda the point though, I mean really, one hour of the year and drivers just freak out. C'mon relax a bit.

  • Nobody talks about pedestrians trying to cross while these fkers go by w/out stopping.

  • I hate critical mass. It destroys any credibility bike activism might have had in the first place. They should be all fined for breaking the law, for one, and have their bikes confiscated for causing massive traffic jams that only pump more carbon and sulfur and what-have you into the air I breathe.
