Based on some pretty significant errors. Macrophages are the first phagocytes to sense pathogens, and definitely don't receive such a message from the brain, as they are not dependent to any nerve cells, or on hormones for stimulation. Instead macrophages are the ones to send the message for other phagocytes to join in. They do not travel in the blood stream, but reside in tissues. But I like the communism stuff.
