Cowboy Bebop in LEGO

My Christmas project was to build The Bebop from Cowboy Bebop, minifig scale on the inside, model scale on the outside.
Definitely inspired by the Lego Death Star - I saw that, and decided rather than spend £275 I'd use what I already owned.

A success. Not perfect, but pretty good considering how much of my Lego this consumed - I used very nearly every single plate I own, and every black brick I could find.

2000-3000 pieces somewhere, which is pretty good considering my collection is under 20,000 pieces.

If I had unlimited money, I would make it about 8 studs longer and wider, so I could sculpt the outside a bit more, and it would be more in scale. Also, obviously, it wouldn't be blue and black!
