http://www.FTV.com/videos SAO PAULO - Arguably the most popular Brazilian designer in the world right now, the fashion media expects a lot of Alexandre Herchcovitch and this Fall/Winter 2012-2013 season, he didn't disappoint. This time, however, he didn't focus on his signature denim and instead, worked a collection that melded materialistic with minimalist to produce something that was more focused on colors and gold than it was on the form of each outfit. But this is the nature of Alexandre Herchcovitch, so the designer himself put it. With unique colors like camel, yellow gold, and peach coral, much different from the aesthetic we're used to from the designer, Herchcovitch presented a collection with draped looks and layers that are sure to put a new spin on the way Brazilians (and the rest of the world) wear Fall and Winter clothing. Top model Caroline Trentini made her only appearance at SPFW, opening and closing the show for the brand.
