THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM & DODD IN DERBY

I should say that, while Joan and I are firmly committed to DUMP DODD in 2010, we also are committed to trying to educate the public on what is going to be jammed down our throats with ObamaCare. We have been printing a brochure (now 20 pages!) and have passed out over 1500 copies at Tea Parties in Hartford, Stamford, New Haven, Ridgefield, Norwich, Woodbury and Clinton. We have also put them in doctors offices and hospitals in the New Haven and Fairfield County area. If you have not received a copy, just see Joan or I at the next event. It is appalling how ignorant the general public ,( and especially doctors!!!,) are about the proposed health care program. Obama's stated intent to enact a "European style health care program" is terrifying, at least to those who have done any study of just how ineffective those programs have been. I tried to phrase my questions to focus on the major changes that we can expect which no one seems willing to admit...............


On Saturday, May 16, 2009, Senator Chris Dodd (D-CT) and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro (D-CT District 3) hosted a town hall meeting at the Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT. The topic for discussion was health care reform. Many emotional opinions were expressed, loudly at times.

This video is one man's opinion. David Francis had the rare opportunity to speak for millions of Americans. We all can follow his lead and tell our elected officials that we are not satisfied with their leadership!
