Two years ago i was suggested by a friend to try out Terro Ant Killer's Liquid Ant Baits. I tried them, and it worked. I've been using it ever since.

Today i woke up to find ants had found their way into my kitchen.. Today the meal is on me.

I setup an ant bait and within 10 minutes they were all over it.. These little containers have a bait and poison that most house-invading ants love. They find this stuff and take it back to their colony and distribute it.. poisoning the entire colony within a week.

Normally you don't pour out the liquid but i wanted to demonstrate for the video so you could see them in action.

You can find more about Terro's products as well as where you can buy them (Hardware stores) at http://www.terro.com/

Baits were used in Chesapeake, Virginia, 23323 during June and July..
I'm not an expert on ants so i cant tell you if it will work on your regions ants, I would suggest contacting Terro about that.

Also, I am not affiliated with Terro in any way other than a happy consumer/customer of their products.

  • How many recommended traps should be layed out for the ants (the indoor liquid death ramp bait)? Should I do all 6 at once or a couple at a time?

  • @LeopardGeckoTree One, or two. If its a small area just one.

  • Okay, so i have run down which Seinfeld episode is playing in the background, it is season 6 episode 11 "The Label Maker" which is a great episode. Who would have thought that I could waste an afternoon on something so trivial all because I have ants overrunning my bathroom. Thanks for giving me a reason to prove my usefulness to this world!

  • @deathcar ..........Awesome... LOL

  • yeah it works...I've had em gone for 3 days straight but now they're back, can someone please explain why they havent died?....I thought this stuff kills em

  • @Virus2020 Likely a different colony. They come and go fast.

  • Other things that prevent ants: Not have old soda bottles lining your walls.

  • I''m trying to live green, and this Terro liquid makes me feel good. It's better than going outside poisoning every ant that wanders by the perimeter.

Instead, you treat only the colony whose scouts have made it into the dwelling. Sure I'm green, but it's MY HOUSE and you guys get to go back outside and die.

  • @WaffleSandwiches Okay, at 00:29 I hear Jerry say "Maybe he liked it so much here that he decided come here and thank me" and at 00:54 I hear George say "oh, tube socks", I have this video out to my Seinfeld experts and we should hopefully crack the case soon. Oh and by the way I currently have about a thousand ants swarming on my bathroom window sill around 3 Terro ant cards (the old ones that you tare off the packaging). I have been re-applying the liquid every morning for the last 10days.

  • Some of them are just swimming in that shit haha. It's like, "MMMM DELICIOUS! I WANT TO SWIM IN OUR TREAS.... IT'S A TRAP!!!!"

  • @EffieH2 what if you have pet ants

  • Terro and it's victims are fascinating to watch.

You can even bump the dispenser and the ants don't even care. But exhale on them just a little and they freak out, they HATE carbon dioxide.
