Lincoln Kinney talks more on the loose lead, safety issues, and just the basics of longeing (also spelled lungeing). The spelling of "lunging" without the "e" is the least common even though that's the correct spelling when it comes to leaping forward. So, it's easy to get these spellings all mixed up! The long line can be used as a longe or lunge line as is the case in this video. There you have it : )
