What is this device based on? Power consumption is based on Voltage and Amperage. These two make Watts (power). U x I = P
You only have two devices, which are standard light bulbs, installed and doing the consumption. You can only reduce the consumption by either lowering the voltage or amperage, both will dimm the standard light bulbs.

I dont know what that other guy is talking about but it obviously slowed down the meter quite a bit. He must have a bad screen or was to impatient to watch the rest of the video. good work.
