sorry, the song is on D the first raison is f sharp and c sharp. the second raison is the song start and finish on sounds of D arpeggio (D, F sharp). and finally the last two chords are A7 and D which are a perfect cadence
(very used in all kinds of music)

Good job but the Piano just can't capture the feel of the piece since it was written for strings.
