I need your advice. You said here that "a spiritual human is taking care of his health". We spend so much time buying organic foods, cooking healthy, planning meals... Is this really necessary, does "taking care of his health" also imply that?

@AstronomieXXL i was a smoker too, smoked for 9 yrs. Tried so many times to stop, but couldn't. SO addictive. Then i had to travel to my home country (that was back in '97). That's where i successfully stopped, b/c i really wanted to, and my hubby quit smoking too, also back home. Cold tk. It took me many months to clear my system, but it happened, thank God. Now we’re free from this unhealthy, lo freq. desire.

So, maybe it would help you too to try to quit on your vacation. Best of luck!

Hello I am a self-loving person, I know all about all these things that occur in the video. I have changed my life completely, and am full of happiness. But I have a negative property, I'm destroying my body, I destroy the world around me. I smoke. I'm unhappy with it but I can not stop, it's like a force that keeps me here, although I do not want it! How do I create myself to overcome this vice? Please help me, my brother!
