  • go to the 28th day where the doctor is giving his opinion on what it takes to lose weight. Spread the meals out, drink water, eat good foods, Nutrisytem can assist you to jumpstart your weight loss but you have to stick with you

  • Okay, if this guy's report is complete about the food consumed, he is not "doing" the program correctly. Not ALL of the food is sent to you. Rather, you are sent breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinner. You MUST supplement the prepackaged food with servings of fresh fruits and vegetables, fats, and proteins, such as milk, cheese, and nuts. There is also a required salad with both lunch and dinner. How can this be a fair an unbiased report if the program is not even being used correctly?
