We Chinese did human sacrifice 3000 years ago. You European did gladiator 2000 years ago. This is called human development. But European should not destroy their great civilization and stole all their land.

An island in the middle of a lake called Aztlan? Is that a reference to Atlantis? The rest of the video seems to rationalize the behavior of the Aztecs while the Spaniards are the bad guys for attempting to put an end to things like human sacrifice and cannibalism on behalf of the allegedly “willing” victims. In fairness I would say that the Spaniards taking more gold from the Mexicans than was given to them didn’t do a lot to convince them that the Spaniards were any better than they were.

@Terrabellator well, probably they dit sacrifice people, but surely not in such measures.That numbers are way too overblown. But,everyone had sacrifice: The Mayans, Aztecs, Tlaxcalans ; Tarascens, Mixtecs, Zapotecs and many other but the numbers surely arent correct.Only thing i dont believe in is cannibalism,and if it did existed it too is way overblown. Those two things existed in every nations history but we just dont know that: Did you knew that even the Greeks sacrificed children?

this people were very intelleganat and found great ways to manage life with so little tools they had and inventions they created that now in the present we need to probably be learning from this and all other people back in history to survive i dont believe in human sacrifize this was a lied created by hernan cortez to take back a reason to spainthe on why he murder all does inocent people.like now the finger is always pointed to the dark color skin person when the white was the one who did it
