Run Wrake, whose works includes 'Rabbit' and 'The Control Master' and who has collaborated with artists such as Howie B, talks to APEngine about his work.
Run started experimenting with animation whilst studying Graphic Design at Chelsea School Of Art in the mid-eighties, initially as a means to combine images with music. A Masters degree in Animation at the Royal College Of Art followed, where he discovered the joy and potential of breaking down sound. He has since worked as a freelance Animation Director and illustrator, working on a wide variety of projects encompassing short film, music promos, television graphics, commercials, live visuals and illustration.

Would be nice if the "questions" were read... er, "aloud"? ;) That way, one could actually listen to the interview while, say, making a sandwich... and... glance over at the screen when showing examples of this (awesome) artist's work. Whaddaya think? ;)) Just a thought. ;) Thx for doing this interview though. --dk p.s. oh, and there's like some kind of beeping in the background of the audio that's fairly distracting... but I know that's hard to clean up. A "notch" filter might do it, tho?? ;)
