We have all the tools and equipment necessary for concrete leveling. Don't be fooled! Flattening concrete for wood, laminate, stone, porcelain, or ceramic flooring is an art, and there are very few skilled in the process. With our techniques and equipment, we can flatten concrete in a residential home to a tolerance of less than 1/16" in 20 linear feet. All your wood installations can now be assured of 100% adhesive coverage. No more hollow spots or creaking boards.

We also can remove tile and saltillo 99.99% dust free. Where others take several days or even longer to tear out 1000 sq. ft., we currently average 1000 sq ft. PER DAY in a residential home. This means most tearouts are completed in about 6-8 hours the very first day. Your new flooring project can now be started immediately, and with little or no downtime. You also don't spend any time cleaning up messes. We leave the premises as clean, or even cleaner than we started.

If you're not currently working with a quality installer or installation company, then this is a great time to tell you we also offer extremely high quality flooring installations. Our proven techniques and extraordinary equipment really can make a big difference in the final outcome and aesthetics. If your home is really super important to you, then you owe it to yourself to find out more.

  • The product we use to repair cracked concrete is "Roadware Concrete Mender." The thing to consider is how long is the crack? If you can only see a few feet and then it goes under 25' of carpet, you can't get a strong repair. The best repairs are when you can bond the entire length of the crack.

  • Sure wIsh you guys were in southern CA. The slab on my lower side has seperated from footing and dropped 1/2" (faulty construction,1978). I am looking up "level-quick." Could you mention what you used to fill those cracks with? Polyurethane, epoxy? I want to connect footing/slab with 1/2" rebar inserted from outside, then level/flatten floor.

  • Some cracks are caused from poor soil preparation before they poured the slab. Other times the concrete is extremely weak and prone to cracking. Some crack are planned, in that they were designed to crack in a certain spot. Nevertheless, in Arizona, when a crack occurs it usually involve heaving and not settling.

  • Was the crack due to a earthquake ? Or poor construction?
