http://www.wedding-cakes-for-you.com Chocolate leaves and other chocolate decorations can be made using this very easy modeling chocolate recipe. I used it for Large chocolate grape leaves on the sides of my wine themed decadent chocolate cake, which can be adapted to a groom's cake, a birthday cake, or even a bride's cake.

  • is there a substitute for corn syrup?

  • @YugiohMix3d Use Karo brand corn syrup. I don't know of a substitute. You can check out all the modeling chocolate questions at my website. Under the Questions tab on the nav bar.

  • yes you can mold this. It has the consistency of a Tootsie Roll. In fact you can mold Tootsie rolls into shapes too. . i recently made a rose with one. Came out really nice.
