  • Yes the camps are very fragile...

  • Where is this?

  • @raymond08586

All of the videos on HomelessChampion were made in Tucson Arizona.

  • @homelesschampion Tucson ok thank you. These look like very nice places to live actually. Somtimes I feel like giving up on the material world and living in a tent or somthing- these pictures make that look like not a bad choice.

Yes, the complexity and the obligations the material world hangs on you can lead an individual to think that way. The big thing about maintaining a material existence is that to survive in that world comfortably one has to make really good money. Otherwise it is always a struggle.

The other side of the coin is that if you drop out then if you don't maintain some kind of footing in the material world then fulfilling your basic needs becomes precarious.

  • it's okay 'till it rains.....huge mess even in the desert...wind can knock it all down.

  • I would love to see all these heartless police, politicians, Banks, and other forms of scums one day loose all their financial wealth, and end up here, so they will see how it feels to have somebody be greedy and selfish by the hands of others to gain wealth at there expense.

  • The main difference between kept and unkempt camps is usually based on whether or not the occupants use drugs. There are a lot more homeless these days who don't come from the addiction subculture. Thanks for showing these. I've seen some that are very neat, and others disheveled myself. Some of the addicts aren't even on street drugs. They spend all of their SS on supplemental prescription drugs - or other excess medical costs, and can't afford a place to live.

  • The only problem in sacramento especially on the american river is the homeless leave trash and all sorts of things in their camps, ive talked to many of them and have told them they probably wouldnt get haggle if it was kept clean. This is amazing, these camps they're somethin.

  • well done!
