We first interviewed Marcia Schafer in May 2007 (see below). When we met her husband Bob Dean for the second time in September 2008, we naturally sought an update from Marcia on where she saw everything going in the world... and what she could report from her professional consulting work with the large number of newly awakening executive clients she talks with every day.

Marcia told us about the growing awareness of what she calls the swing vote: those who are becoming aware of the new paradigm and the ET connection, and what this all means when applied to the real world.

We've called this interview Ground Crew 101 because it seemed to us that Marcia was strongly connecting with those who were just coming on board, discovering their missions, and integrating their new awareness into their everyday lives. Her no-nonsense, practical approach is refreshing. She is unabashedly positive in her outlook - in spite of the myriad of challenges we face together as a civilization in the next few years.

Her frank appraisal of the inner changes in perspective which are necessary to face the future is inspiring, and is a good guidestone for those just breaking out of the Matrix and taking on a mission: new recruits in the quest to save our planet and our humanity. We encourage those just waking up to the changing times around them - bravely taking those first steps into the great unknown replete with other dimensions, visiting ETs and conspiracy theories fast becoming facts - to watch... and welcome aboard.

@mullinaxbridgett43 thats cool but when i say fear i do not mean a feeling of dread its more to do with feeling you have to earn it by going thru trials,as in feelings of frustration etc,the best vid i,ve seen that can explain what i mean is a 9 minute vid on utube (alan watts,fear of enlightenment)give it a view and nice talking to you too

@FISHDINHO I know this is you and your opinion, I get that, I dunno if I agree with the fear tho. atlas I don't feel fear at all. I find that an odd stament, because you said in your first message that curiosity and drive for knowledge will never leave me. that what I have no Fear here at least not yet.... see I'm questioning myself now... "oh well" I dunno about the fact that I will never know, I think in time we all find the answer to our question's ...I do . Thanks and great talking to You

So your saying I'm not going to find the truth because..... well because it's part of the process. I'm at peace .. most of the time. I'll play the "Game" as you put it Because the yearning for knowledge is with me and I hope always. Peace :D

@mullinaxbridgett43 the same way you seek answers prime creator/universal conciousness whatever label you put on it has the exact same questions,a universe fulfills its potential when it has full awareness of itself and you are just another part of its learning and understanding process,the universe is a single organism in a fractal multiverse,there is no ultimate truth,as it constantly changes and evolves into something new,just enjoy the ride,and remember DON,T BE SCARED,its super FUN

@mullinaxbridgett43 the answer you seek is the point of the game,the driving force,its the journey,there is no final answer as i see it,prime creator or whatever u chose to call it is constantly evolving,constantly becoming aware of itself,when you are at peace with the fact you will never know the ultimate truth it makes it easier,but the fact is the curiosity and drive for knowledge will never leave you as that is the point of the game,and yes it is a game and supposed to be fun
