The reason the nWo didn't work in WWE is ebcause at every single juncture when a creative decision was to be made, they made the absolutely wrong one. It would've been funny if it weren't so tragic. Gross incompetence on the part of the company is what was truly to blame.

I'm impressed with the amount of effort put into making this. If I didn't know any better, I'd say I was watching an official WWE mockumentary of nWo.

the nWo didnt work in the wwe because Hogan was to "over" to be a heel. People honestly thought he was going to be done wrestling within the year and that his match vs the rock at wrestlemania might be his last, everyone was very nastalgic with hogan back in the wwe for the first time in years and they couldnt keep him a 'heel' and without HEEL HOGAN the nWo is too weak it couldnt last in wcw with hitman (nwo2000) and it couldnt last in wwe (shawn michaels running it)

@blazervb Yeah, but the NWO were the first totality and control while still being anarchy in professional wrestling. They changed the game. The Horsemen made the game. The NWO just made it edgier.

I watch wwe , and I was very little when WWF existed so I couldn't watch it much , especially because I live in europe , but the first full wrestling match I watched was Hulk Hogan vs Bret Hart in WCW

The Horsemen of the NWA era (Ric Fiar, Ole & Arn Anderson, Tully Blanchard) was better than the WCW era(Flair, Benoit, McMicheal, Anderson.
Without the Horsemen there would be no NWO, Hart Foundation, DX, Legacy....the factions will continue to rise and fall
