I love Ed Bruce, he was really popular back in the ealry 80's. Such a rich beautiful voice. Trace Adkins would do a fantasttic over with this song with his deep voice!

He did early in his career rockabilly for SUN Records and was a very good one in that genre.

He also was co-starring with James Garner's Marverick in the 80's and sang the title song.

thanks for putting this up, it must be a new post as i did not notice it in january,it seems that there are not as many 80's country sings on youtube as there are other types of music. it reminds me of a grade six school bus trip back in 1982, oh the memories.BTW maybe you might remember the line "there spilling their beers on my floor "(girl singer) , a song played back to back with Gary Morris' "Don't hold back" (not on youtube) in june 1982.
