actually its not, the new 2012 ford gt just smashed the bugatti's record in the texas mile doing 271.3mph

@camouflagecamaro99 but it takes 4.2 seconds to get to top speed the rest of the 12 minutes is spent at 415+kph that means 83km per tank at top speed plus the 3+km of time that you are rolling if you do not use the brakes

my evaluation convert the car to LPG (like my sister did) only need to fill the Veyron's LPG tank every 12 hours instead of every 12 minutes (yes LPG is 60 times more efficient than petrol in all cars) that is enough time to get you to the next petrol station in the desert

@dyrak123 thank god for the 8-point race seatbelt, the 8-point rollcage, race seat and race helmet or i would have been dead it was so like where the hell did that parked bus come from lol

@dyrak123 also i have driven a worked up, modified, and completely retuned dodge viper with an identical performance read out top speed the same, acceleration rate the same, horse power and torque also the same just its a lot harder to handle but i coped very well but she still would not let me use her car also the race between the two cars was fun i won as always even though i hit a parked bus but that was after the finish line
