will it delete the operating system itself off the computer (ex. Windows XP, vista or 7) or just the other programs that you have...in other words when the computer reboots will you need to install the operating system again? Please Respond!

wow mine says reinstall windows(requires windows 7 disc) it doesnt say the factory setting

i have an option that says restore system to factory condition, which states it will recover the system using a manufacturer's disc image.

that means it won't remove the operating system and after done all the system files should be reboot back to original settings and ask me for a new user account, etc.

all files will be reverted, so technically any problems the os had before will be gone.
