  • I heard this would be supporting a "newspaper" that would be delived in a manner similar to Kindle? Is that true? What else can this be used for, besides viewing documents?

  • You are right!

That's one of the form factors they will support and showed as a demo/mock-up at the show: Papers and magazines such as the WSJ and Economist can be either loaded via USB ( a hassle!) or via Bluetooth and later WiFi -- much like the Kindle offers today.

  • In your next video, could you please try and shove the camera completely up the guys nose? Not just halfway like in this one.

  • You need to get closer for those interview shots. Hard to watch when I can't make out who's talking

  • I'll be buying something like this at the point when the refresh rate is around 200ms and the price is less than $250.

So I'm guessing I have a while to wait yet.

  • I can't even see the pores on his skin, This camera douche is a total failure.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HEHEHEHEHEHE "BLOWING SNOT BUBBLES" "GASPING FOR AIR" PISSING MY PANTS" and of course, "rotflmao" Your a funny person with a legitimate gripe. Keep up the good work!

  • the key will be its prize and relationship with ebook stores. If the prize is below 300, all people will buy it

  • because they are prototypes

  • it will be 100+ dollars but definitely less than the amazon kindle or sony devices.

  • Yes they should never be demonstrating the thing with rows of dead pixels across the screen like this. I saw a similar demo on-stage at a convention where the device also took ages to respond to a page turn command. The device just comes off looking flaky. A4 electronic paper is a welcome and stunningly overdue concept, but these guys really need to sharpen up their act.

  • nice now go read "how to you use a camera for dummies"

  • $1200.00 USD, to much. Who will buy it ?
