Whoever thinks Moors were NOT black is crazy. Berber is an ethnic group IN Africa, not a RACE. That's like saying Germans are not white, they are Germans. However, it is more accurate to say that Moors ARE African. This is because races of people are named after their continent of origin. Europeans, Asians, Americans (The natives, not the European conquerors), etc. Black/White is an invention of the Trans-Atlantic slave trade. So, don't confuse an ethnic group as a race. Moors are Africans.
