Pimped Defense: Medvedev turns on missile radar

Russia can now keep a close eye on Europe and the Atlantic area - with a new radar in its western-most region - the Baltic territory of Kaliningrad between Lithuania and Poland. Flicking the 'on' switch, President Medvedev said it can be more than just a response to NATO's missile shield in Europe. RT gets the details from correspondent Natalya Novikova.

NATO is only for countries that have access to the Atlantic Sea. It could still be an "ally" just like Australia or Japan.

Medvedev has nothing to worry about from Obama. Obama is a man of the peoples interests in America. On the other hand Russia has everything to worry about if Republicans surge back to power with criminal intent. Republicans are war mongers. By example Obama stopped the war in Iraq this year and is pulling out our troops while hostile Republicans make war claims that America should be in Iraq for 100 years.
