i have worked for vonage. and i really know how much they suck and screw you over. its all the damn people in India that always screwed the accounts over. thats why vonage finally open some Call centers in the USA

i feel your pain, i just tried to cancel when they told me they will charge me more money. so i just changed my credit card info

I have had Vonage for many years and as far a the service.. service as in the phone working I can say that I have never once had an issue or service interruption.

Service in terms of customer service.. see above video.

Ouch that reminds me of my pain calling sprint. It was a tragic miniseries, that got worse with every attempt to fix a small problem.

I am sorry man, I understand coz I went through the same thing. For six months I was being billed for services I was not using. Finally I just had to change the debit card number. They are still saying I owe them two years later. Vonage SUCKS!!!

I tried to cancel my vonage account and the "supervisor kept me on hold for 132 minutes.....Then i called the customer service department after 2 hours to complain about the guy and then he miraculously got back on cleared his throat and hung up...and then sent me an email thanking me for deciding to stay with vonage I WANNA PUNCH THAT DUDE IN THE FACE
