@Austin17070 yeah, when you use chrome on inventor, it automatically uses this image of a building. ive tried to figure out what building it is, maybe an Autodesk building

i use inventor for a tech class at school but we have the old version. i downloaded it on my home cpu to work on some stuff i didnt finish in class but its so frustrating getting use to these new features.

Very nice. However it is a simple project. Good use of using a JPEG for the rear and front. I see they kept the original reflection pictures from previous versions. That is a picture taken from right out front their corporate headquarters! Nice work man.

sadly mistaken. there are no images used in this project. i created all the reflection by using different materials. even the Apple logo was created using a minuscule extrude feature (0.0000001 inch) and then colored white. the back is polished aluminum, and the screen is polished steel.

The center points of the radii of the top edges is the corners of the screen, so i just measured from the edge of the screen to the edge of the ipod. i used the same radius for all of the steel portion of the casing.

i got a 14 month trial from autodesk community. you have to be registered by your school to download the software.
